You have your own porch attached to the room but you share a bathroom a nice size kitchen a very small backyard a very quiet neighborhood

It’s a total of three people already living in the house plus you it would be four total and two dogs I’ll put up pictures for the room later it does come furnish but if you request not furnished we can do that too there are rules in the house methods on how to pay rent and utilities will be provided to you upon qualification on background granted it’s an outdated townhouse but it’s a beautiful neighborhood and it’s very peaceful (gay couples or people only)
