I have a Quiet 4-bedroom home in Seal Beach with 2 bd available. $1200 and $1500. It’s a safe -Quiet neighborhood. There is always a parking spot available. Street cleaning is done only once every two weeks. We have a backyard with a view of the Ocean about 3/4 mile away. There are food markets, drug stores, and walkable restaurants. Wi-fi throughout the home.

About the roomies

I’m here looking for two roommates who will share a bath. No animals. This is the first time in 20 years that both bedrooms are available at the same time. I’m an artist and have my studio set up in my garage. I’m a friendly people person and like my own space too.
