Room is currently furnished but can accommodate if you have your own. House is shared with myself and my college son whom is rarely here. Enclosed patio with private fenced yard. Laundry in 1/2 bathroom located in main bedroom. Internet, water and electric included. No cable. Shared common areas living room and kitchen. Looking for mature no drama employed individual to rent month to month or seasonal as needed. No pets as we have an outdoor cat who stays on patio. No photos of room currently. 10x11 with spacious closet, 2 windows with blinds. Drive way parking. Close to beaches, restaurants, mall, near I95 access.
