Hello everyone ! I’m a senior student in Management and I’m looking for two roommates to join me in my cozy house. The house has three rooms ( one I live in ), a living room, a shared bathroom for the two rooms, a kitchen, a basement, a garage, and a parking slot in front of it. It’s located in a good neighborhood and is just a 5-minute walk away from the university, 10 min from cvs and kiwik shop. The house is well-managed with a very simple guide for each one’s rights and responsibilities, such as the division of the cleaning of the house, noise and such to ensure a good atmosphere for everyone. I’m looking for students who are like me and would be a good fit. The house is in very good condition, with wooden floors that were renovated last summer and freshly painted walls. The basement is big and works as a storage area, where you can find the dryer and washer. The heat system was newly installed in the summer. The house is best for what you can pay for, and you won’t find another house with these features for this price - In private - . The newly comers need to pay for a part of the furniture such as the TV and such. The renting could begin on February 1st and ends in May.
