The apartment itself is really nice. Not really looking for in house dogs, cats or creatures. But, if your looking for a chill place to live vs a hotel or motel, a place to go after work and in between this is comfy. So, in the kitchen, on the couch in front of the TV or in the twin bed in front of the TV where the 18 year old recently vacated that’s the deal. Thats were the veiw is. You have roof access to breath even bigger. This is a pleasant temporarily housing situation you will be able to pay for yourself or while getting reestablished. Temporary as in shared single parent space with a view and decent square footage. A student, or someone on a visa fixed incomes who needs a home in between should find the home quiet, clean and relaxing. This is an open kitchen concept with living room and bedroom views of downtown for the price of a micro-studio but, with great light. It’s a five minute walk to Metro and Rapid-ride. Multiple parks and walkways (Alki), golf and gyms in different directions, foodies like it here. QFC, Safeway and Trader Joes all walking distance. Starbucks, same. Background check and screenings are mandatory. Name to be added to the month to month lease. There is no subleasing. So, if you are that COVID conscious, quiet visiting family member, relocating student, traveling nurse, professional, grandmother and or grandfather, you will find it welcoming. Come see for an agreed upon time, try it out and see if your the potential room mate fit ( then we can think about renewing the year lease) or money prorated on vacating early. Must know we barely drink wine. CDC COVID precautions, health precautions and cleanliness are mandatory. We have a new little one in our family, we visit often. All lease agreement rules. Key phob / locked building. Very quiet lock building, amazon hub in mail room, elevator and or 7 flights of stairs. No loud noise, indecence, group hangouts, smoking or vaping.
