Very cheap rent for the space, street and driveway parking is always available, includes 2 floors plus a basement and in house laundry, water, heating, and AC. Very close to many stores and schools (Aquinas College and GRCC)

I’m listing two of our four bedrooms for my friend and I to find two roomies. Her and I are easy-going, share cleaning, grocery, and dish responsibilities as well as equal amount of use for the home and driveway. We like to go out, watch movies, go shopping, and both go to college. We also both have boyfriends right now who are over pretty often.
