Beautiful 3 bedroom/2.5 bath in a prime location close to everything(off Youree Dr)! I own this home and am looking to rent to three females as I am moving.Each bedroom is equipped with a brand new queen sized bed. The kitchen is newly renovated and In unit washer and dryer is available. The two bedrooms in which will have a shared bathroom are $750/ month and the main bedroom with its own bathroom is 850/month. Wi-Fi, water, sewage, trash and electricity are included in the rent. I will hold a $200 refundable deposit for each tenant. Minimum of 8 month lease. At this time one room is still vacant!

The house is occupied by two young, quiet females who are young professionals. Sorry, no pets at this time and only one person to a room.
