You have your walk-in closet and bathroom on the third floor. Parking is under the unit along with the washer and dryer and extra storage. Full house privileges, utilities included with split wifi bill ($14.74), community pool. The property is cozy and clean. The area is great for walks and we are near hiking trails, many shopping areas, and businesses. No pets please, my cat is disabled and can’t be around other pets.
