Partial Lease Takeover through end of September! 1 bedroom available, rent $730 negotiable. Current roomie didn’t like the location, looking for a replacement.

About the space: 2 bed 1 bath, at basement level. There are exterior and interior stairs to access the apartment (wonderful for snowy weather!). Large kitchen, laundry not in unit but is on the same floor. There is also a bonus (legally can’t be a bedroom) room, currently being used as my (room to share!) home office. Internet is 80 per month, last DTE bill was about 170. Baseboard gas heating, dishwasher, and a phenomenal hot water supply. Very near dt Ypsi, roughly a 15-minute walk to EMU.

Landlord requires decent credit and verifiable income (private landlord). Must be LGBTQ friendly, no indoor smoking of anything. Prefer no animals but will consider 1 cat. Couples may be considered as well.

About me: I work full-time remotely in call center work. Currently on 2nd shift, will be going to 1st in a few months. Love to cook, generally stay home, and keep to myself. Fairly tidy but not a clean freak.
