About the room
Hey! I live in a super social college community with amenities such as a beautiful, active pool, gym, tanning beds, and clubhouse with Macs and printers. My room is in the back of the complex, nice and quiet, with plenty of parking and two large windows overlooking the forest. My lease runs through July with option to renew and is furnished :). Utilities are usually about $25 a month, however, there will be a one-time $400 relet fee upon move-in.
About the roomies
Two 20/21 yo female students already live there; both work and are fairly introverted. Iām reletting with my other roommate so there will be another new roomie as well.
