3 guys living in a 4 bedroom house. House is maintained, cleaned, and furnished. Parking spot available in front of house. Neighborhood is very quiet, no one’s bothers us. Have a backyard as well as a dog. No other pets are allowed. The current room is furnished with a nice queen mattress, TV on a stand, with a small desk and chair. You can make the room however you desire, it’s yours.
