Morse Street

We are a married couple with kids in college, so empty nesters. We have a bedroom which has a bed, window, desk and dresser ready for someone to use. We both work so there is quite a bit of privacy. We have nice dogs. You must like dogs. This is a safe neighborhood with easy access to MUNI, BART and 280 and 101 freeways. Ideally we would like a student or someone who works a steady job. We are cool about a lot but dont want the party brought home. We have a living room, dining room, great kitchen for cooking to share as well as pretty secure streetparking. We are natives of SF and the Peninsula so have lots of insight and knowledge to share. There is laundry in house. This is a nice residential neighborhood in SF with a large park close by as well as minutes from CCSF and SFSU.
