I am looking for a roommate who would enjoy a spacious Master Bedroom with private Bathroom in a two-story 2B-2B Bohemian style townhouse apartment unit in Venice Beach/Mar Vista area.

Monthly rent is $1,433 plus shared monthly utilities (internet, gas, electricity and SCEP Fee). Water and trash is included in the rent by landlord.

Application fee $30 plus security deposit of $500 required upon moving in.

The unit is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, a nice dining table and living room and hot water. Bedroom will be empty and ready to be furnished with your belongings.

Rent includes one single-parking spot in a gated covered garage and there is always plenty of street parking in the surrounding streets for visitors.

The building is equipped with washing and dryer machines for laundry.

We have a small porch looking to Venice Blvd and a side private hallway with easy private access to the street.

The building is located at a 10 minutes bike ride from Venice Beach and 2-minute drive from Starbucks, Coffee Connection, Seven Eleven, CVS Pharmacy, Chase Bank, and Vons.

We are a less than a block (2-minute walk) from Blueys Mar Vista, House of Thai Taste, Saby’s Mexican Coffee & Kitchen, Korean BBQ+RICE Venice, Sunny Liquor & Market, the super popular El Chucho Bar, Whimsy & Row Clothing Store, a Barber Shop and a Beauty Salon.

The apartment will be shared with one female roommate (only two residents: one-per-room with independent bathrooms each).
