Andrea's room

Single-family home in the heart of Ashburn. A large basement with a private entrance is available. The basement is about 900 sqft and includes an enclosed den (can be used as a bedroom but does not qualify as a bedroom), a full bathroom with a standing shower, a full-size refrigerator, and two closets. There is also a wet bar and the space can be furnished upon request at no additional charge (day bed, 4-person couch, over-size bean-bag loungers, bar-height tables and stools, rugs, etc). There is not a full kitchen or laundry, but the roommate would have access to those on the main floor.

I am a full-time working mom and homeowner. We have school-aged two daughters and two cats. Three out of the four of us are introverted and all of us have generally quiet interests and hobbies (other than watching TV). We value privacy.
