Benjamin's room

Currently looking for someone to move-in and cohabitate in a home I rent. You will have your own room west facing room (you’ll enjoy sleeping in) and access to the public restroom that is currently only used when guests come over. This room has an overhead fan and small walk-in closet. If you don’t have any furniture, I can leave the current bunk bed setup for you. The rest of the house is furnished with a great living room and back TV room off the kitchen and next to the laundry room. You will also have access to a nice sized deck in a quaint backyard.

I am the only occupant in the house, but I do have two children who come to visit every now and again. They do not sleep at my house so you will not have to worry about children over night. I like to keep the common areas clean but have been known to let some clothes go to the floor in my own bedroom. I work a typical 40 hour work week and stay very active outside of work. I enjoy going to the gym and spending my time outdoors, so I am rarely home except for the evenings. I am a very laid back person who can get along with most.
