This is a great HUGE unfurnished space for a single person, couple or family as it offers a lot of private space. The living room and dining room is included for you to furnish and use. This makes it like your own home in a home. Very large primary bedroom with bathroom ensuite and x-large walk-in closet. Shower and bathtub and double sinks along with a toilet room. The fireplace creates warmth and ambience in the cooler months, and the bay windows open to a wonderful view and cool breeze in the warm days. French doors to the backyard allow private access to the patio or garage to come and go as you please. If you work from home there’s a bay that fits a desk perfectly. Garage space is available for car and some storage. Owner does not allow cars parked on the main driveway. Shared kitchen and indoor laundry. Walk-in pantry. I have stocked kitchen that you may use. But you’re also welcome to bring some of your own items.

I’m an active senior, friendly and respectful. Keep to myself but also love to laugh and share a glass of wine on the patio. I currently work from home and in office.
