Looking for a roommate in a nice 2-bed, 2-bath Victoria style apartment home close to downtown SLO. Tot rent is 3,800 per month, of which you would be responsible for $1700, and split utilities 50/50. Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances. In-unit laundry and private balcony. I have a dog, so preferably someone who likes dogs. Sorry but no other dogs or cats.
