Water, Energy, and Trash included, if you go way over the last 3 month average - you pay the difference. Quiet neighborhood. Nice patios and view of outdoors, fire pit, grill, etc. Includes all amenities - Fridge, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Central Heat/Air. Fenced Backyard. High Speed Wireless Internet, and workout area.
