Furnished private room, living area and bathroom available in daylight basement of West Seattle (900 sq feet). Shared kitchen and laundry. There is a lot of flexibility here for the right applicant, such as adding or removing furniture, installing a kitchenette, etc, so let’s discuss! The ideal applicant might be a single parent, older gay/trans/queer individual or couple, or neuro-diverse individual(s). Must be comfortable around kids.

The room can be available ASAP as is, or as soon as Feb 1st if additional construction or furniture is done. The house is located on a safe street with great neighbors and a block away from busses. Parks and schools nearby. On street parking, internet and utilities are included.

Background check and proof of income is required. Dogs can be discussed.

We are a family of 3 (mom and 2 kids) in a mid-century modern home with our 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 guinea pigs. We are looking for a responsible roomie(s) to rent our downstairs living area. Kids attend middle school and elementary school in the area, and I work at a tech company and split my work week between the office and home. We are a queer, neuro-divergent home.
