Hello there! About me: I am a 35 yr old female looking for a female roommate in her mid 20’s to 30’s. I live in a 3BR apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens in Brooklyn with my dog Bjorn. I work in the medical field and the other roommate works in hospitality.

About the neighborhood: The building is only a 1 min walk from Parkside station on the Q line and a 10 min walk to the 2,5 so it is very accessible. The neighborhood is very nice as well with many restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the area.

About the room: This particular room has two large windows facing the street. The closet is located outside of the room. We have a shared spacious living room and kitchen. Rent cost: $1026 including utilities.
