One male and one female currently live in the townhome. Bathroom will be shared with male roommate. No pets allowed. The room is currently available. 2 min/1 mile to Palafox. 10 min/7 miles from Pensacola beach 2 min walk to McGuires. 20 min/11 miles from NAS Pensacola. 40 min/31 miles from Whiting Field. Refundable deposit is the same amount as the first months rent. Room dimensions are approximately 11’X8’ with large closet pictured.

I currently have a bed in the room, if you would prefer to have it there instead of bringing your own. Price is negotiable for students with proof of consistent income
