This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located in the Harvey Park neighborhood of Denver. The available room is located on the main level, and would share a bathroom with me. I am clean, organized, and very respectful of my roommates’ space. I have a 6 y/o Husky/Lab mix, but unfortunately our rental company does now allow cats. We have a driveway which could easily fit your vehicle. There is in-unit laundry and other essential amenities. This room is available on 2/01/24 and the lease would go until 7/31/24. Myself (female) and my roommate (male) are both in our late 20’s. I am in my final semester of college and I work downtown for the City and County of Denver (Dept. of Public Health). Between school and work, I stay busy a lot but I also love to relax, spend time with friends, and travel.
