Roommate needed to fill spare bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment.

The unit is located in 100 Park Apartment at Wyomissing Square. There’s a pool, fitness center, keyfob access into building with a key for the apartment, easy trash disposal, good snow removal, washer/dryer in each unit. Plenty of free surface lot parking, but also a parking garage with a small fee, which can be cancelled at any time. Unit has new carpet, new paint, 5 year old appliances, and spacious bathrooms/bedrooms.

Animals = cats only please. I have none. But I would be willing to visit a rescue center to adopt a cat.

Very close to restaurants, shopping, and a hospital. Nurses are welcome! I heard from the leasing staff that many nurses share apartments here.

Monthly Costs:

Rent (includes water/trash/gas) = $1,000 for small room and $1,300 for master bedroom (good for couples).

Utils (electric/internet) = approx $125

House Needs: You must provide your bedroom and bathroom items. The living room and kitchen is provided. There is extra cabinet space for personal kitchen items. Laundry is in the unit.

I’ve recently relocated to PA for a job. I am an engineer for Materion Corporation and graduated from Virginia Tech.

Non-smoker and social drinker. I am a clean housemate and keep messes to my own room. As I build a social life, friends will be over for dinner/game nights, but overnight stays will be infrequent.
