Jennifer's room

Hi. I have a bedroom for rent in my home. I live on 1 acre of land. I have a 70lb dog, that has went to daycare so SHOULD be ok with another dog. Not 100% sure. I also have another room that would cost more, that has an in suite bathroom on opposite side of home than other two bedrooms if interested in that. Shared kitchen, Washer/dryer. Non smoker, but welcome to smoke outside (cigarettes)

I usually work 12hrs a day. Home on most weekends. Laid back, easy to get along with, not easily offended. My mother stays in another bedroom, she helps look after my dog while I work.
