Unfurnished or furnished, whichever you prefer, bedroom with closet. I have my own bathroom so the bathroom is shared with only one other person. In-unit laundry. We’ve lived here since March 2022, haven’t had any issues with the area. It’s a relatively quiet complex. Convenient to I-205 and I-5. Close to shopping, dining, parks. Bus stop is about a half-mile away. This is short-term availability. Situation: my most recent roommate had a serious mental break and flew home to his mother, left all of his stuff here. He isn’t coming back, so he said I can do whatever with the room and his stuff. He left without paying April’s rent and my son and I are moving on May 3rd. I’m really hoping to find sometime to take the room and pay as close to $500 as possible so that my son and I won’t be struggling to pay for rent and the move on May 3rd. This is not the situation I had thought I would be in and I’m sorry I can’t offer a longer-term solution for anyone. But I’m hoping someone might need a place while looking for something more permanent.

My adult son and I live in the apartment. We are quiet, rarely have visitors. I have a 14- year- old Chihuahua that stays in my room most of the time. He is friendly, loves people and isn’t “yelpy.” I have two parakeets that stay in my room.
