Looking for a responsible female roommate to rent one of my rooms with a private bathroom - (choice between 2 rooms - the pic with dark wood floor and the pic with light wood floor). The bedroom can also be furnished if needed.

The house is 2,400 sq foot with a pool in North Port, FL. You would have access to the all of the living spaces and the pool.

We are clean, respectful, super laid back and both work A LOT.

I am looking for someone to move in asap.

I am an event planner and work from home 2 days a week. My Boyfriend of 5 years also lives in the house. He is self-employed and operates a Roofing Company in SW FL as well as Orlando (part time).

I have 2 dogs🐕 who are sweethearts and are both trained. I would prefer not to have another dog in the house, but its not a deal breaker, however there would be a non-refundable deposit.
