Huge 11 x 15 room (unfurnished) with full mirrored large closets in a 2 bed 1 bath condo with shared bathroom (w/ 1 female), 1 assigned parking space, shared apartment laundry room, community pool & hot tub. The location is close to the 15 freeway, and is 15 minutes away to most places in SD including North Park, La Jolla, and Rancho Bernardo.

Ideally, I am looking for a female roommate in their mid-to-late 20s who is clean & considerate. I’m a 26 year old engineer who works from home. No pets but must be okay with a dog who often visits.
