Separate bedroom (fully furnished/unfurnished) with attached, and shared bathrooms are available in a big house with 4+ bedrooms, 3+ baths, multiple large walk-in closets, a washing machine, dryer, and enough parking, including a garage, clubhouse, and gym in a calm residential community in Allentown area. Common areas are the big living room, kitchen with lots of cabinets, formal dining room, formal living room, basement, and laundry room. All utilities are included (electric, gas, Internet, etc…). House cleaning will be done twice a month by an outside professional company including cleaning the bathroom, and you don’t have to clean/touch the bathroom. It is an ideal option for male/female executives/students or professionals. All shopping and dining areas are within 5-minute driving distance. very safe neighborhood and close to I-476, I-78 and PA-309 Route, and bus routes. Will rent the room for short term/Long term basis.
