I just need one roommate to help fight inflation with lol. It’s conveniently located just 18 minutes from downtown and a short 12-minute drive to the Domain – making it easy to access all the best spots in Austin. Our neighborhood, Pioneer Crossing, is a great place to call home. It’s got parks, and a farmers market nearby – perfect for enjoying your weekends. When you move in, you’ll have the entire upstairs to yourself (unless you’re okay with renting the other room) to further lower our bills – two rooms and a loft. It’s a versatile space where you can have a bedroom, a workspace, or a cozy spot to unwind. Rent is $950 a month, and would split the costs for electricity, gas, high-speed internet, and lawn care – ensuring everything runs smoothly. I work as a real estate agent, work out very often, and have a dog. I’m clean and organized and would prefer to only share the kitchen and laundry room downstairs. You will have a private living room upstairs.
