Flynn's room

Great second story room with extra space for an office area or anything else you would need a little extra room for in addition to plenty of bed space. HVAC and furnace replaced 12/2023. Additional AC unit also in upstairs space. Shared bathroom on the first floor. Pets welcome if they do well with other animals and/or are small enough to stay in your room.

Flynn currently lives alone on the property on the first floor. They are a 27 y/o person who is non binary and uses they/them pronouns. They currently have a single pet cat, with plans to adopt a dog in the future. They work first shift and prefer people who work similar schedules if possible.
