About the room
THE WHOLE APARTMENT IS FOR RENT! (about 800 per person, 2 rooms available) We are hoping to sell our lease by March, and it’s up in May! Opportunity to resign after that will be available!
It has two bedrooms, master bedroom has a master bath and walk in closet. Spare bedroom has a fully shelved closet and a separate bathroom. The kitchen appliances are all brand new, we were the first people to live here. Washer and dryer in unit. There is a fan in both bedrooms and the living room. Giant patio to sit on with great view for fireworks and the sunset. We do have a few furniture items we would be willing to leave for you, if you chose to have them.
Base rent is $1699, sewage and fees on top of that, usually ends up being $1800 a month. The neighbors are all very kind. It’s a cute place to live for college roommates who want privacy, a family, literally anybody!
