Looking for a roomie to join me between the week of January 20th to February 1st (lease is until June 30th with the option to renew)! Rent is $1,100 a month + electric and wifi (less than $100). The apartment is between Coolidge Corner and Brookline Village, and it’s a walking distance (8-15 mins) from buses and many Green line connections. Your room is around 130 sq. ft. with 4 windows (all w/ window sills) and decent size closet. Please know there’s no parking included with the lease. If you have a cat, they are welcome! 🐱
