Master bedroom with attached room is available to rent for FEMALE. I have a 10 lb (small dog) in the house so SMALL DOGS ONLY Please. Dog interview required. Monthly dog fee of $50 plus one time pet security deposit of $200. (Well behaved, potty trained and who gets well with other dogs, under 15 lbs) Shared laundry and common area. You can also use gym, pool of the community center. It is in the Bridgewater area in Princeton, TX. Roommate has to be clean, tidy and organized.
Please note: Month -to-month rental contract. No long lease required.
Roommate must have a clean legal record, with no felonies, and be willing to undergo a background check.
