Two-story townhouse three bedrooms two and a half baths, your bedroom is a standard room bathrooms across the hall. Queen latex mattress and bedside table and furniture for tv. Closet is average. Ceiling fan. Every blue moon if there’s company in the house they may share the bathroom but it would be very rare. Parking across street of driveway. Washer and dryer upstairs between the bedrooms.

I am the other roommate. I prefer a professional person or retired. Somebody that’s clean and respects other people’s property. I’m looking for someone easy going down to earth and if we become friends that would be fun too. I cook every now and then you’re welcome to cook and make the house your own. I do work from home but I am in and out of appointments all day. Internet only no cable, electric included and water. I keep the house fairly neat and seek the same in a roommate, don’t think I am the maid..lol. If you have a pet, I am open to it as long as it’s potty trained. I am pretty quiet for the most part, I do like listening to music. I am a gay female but don’t really date. I don’t care your preference, just a good honest person who pays on time. It’s possible I may get a dog, so if that’s not good for you, let me know up front.
