I am happy to share that I have a Private 3rd Floor Bedroom with Private Bath Available for rent starting March 1st, 2024. The room comes with a king size bed. Main living space of room is approximately 250 sq ft with a window, fan, tv support and large walk-in closet. In the private bath is a toilet, vanity, shower with tub. The townhome is in a gated community just northwest of downtown and south of the heights.

Amenities to the home include access and use of the second floor living room, kitchen, dining room, fireplace, and balcony. Access to the fourth-floor rooftop balcony and access to the first-floor garage gym. There is onsite laundry and Wi-Fi that can be shared with the tenant as well.

Street parking is readily and easily available and is secure as HPD patrols the area regularly since their main dispatch office is 2 minutes’ drive from the house. And maid service that occurs twice every month pending major holidays that can be included.

Mail can be included and I can provide a physical key if needed to access the mailbox Onsite storage of items outside of the bedroom can be discussed before moving in.

Pet dogs and cats allowed to stay. Just ask they be house trained and non-aggressive towards people or other animals.

No smoking on the property allowed. Audible noise hours are 9 AM to 9 PM on all days.

Access to the home can be had via punch code for the automated locks or physical key. And there is an onsite security system for the home as well.

My home is next to Coastline Pizzeria and Chevron gas station with Z convenience store.

Home is within 1 mile of Downtown Houston, Target, Kroger, Total Wine, Momentum Climbing, Cycle Bar, Orange Theory Fitness, F45, Buffalo Bayou Brewery, Urban South Brewery, City Orchard Cidery, Holler Brewery, Platypus Brewery, White Oak Trail, Buffalo Bayou Trail, the Cistern Washington Ave., Memorial Highway, Allen Parkway and I-10 East and West and I-45 North and South on ramps.

Within 2 miles of the house is Midtown Houston, 713 Music Hall, White Oak Music Hall, Buffalo Heights HEB, Sprouts, Wal-Mart, University of Houston-Downtown, the Lower Heights on White Oak main drag, Buffalo Bayou Park, Eleanor Tinsley Park and EOS Fitness.

Application Process: Express interest, need for space and desired tenure of stay in email statement to me, even if we have an introductory phone call. Proof of employment and means to pay for home will be required as part of the process as well as consent to a background check and credit check. Require 3 references from past apartment complexes, roommates, or character references at a minimum

Rent is inclusive of utilities. 3-month contract minimum, then month to month after that initial 3 months. Need 2 months’ notice ideally before moving out but can make do with 1 month. Half month security deposit upfront for incidentals that may occur during stay.

The room can also be furnished completely if need be. Just need to negotiate that upfront.

It is just me who lives in the home currently. I work quite a bit in my office on the fourth floor from home and if not there, I am out working part time, running errands, or at the gym
