$400 to move in 🎉. I live in a 2 bedroom studio type apartment (about 450 sqft or more) my apartment is attached to a quadplex. I have 1 room for rent in my apartment. The room does have a door and isn’t the living room lol. My apartment is very unique in the way I designed it. I have a separate small living room and a separate cozy chill spot room as well. And also a bedroom of my own (not pictured) And kitchen is a pretty decent size for the apartment, a lot of counter space. I have 2 mid size fridges. One for me and one for you 🤗. I have a full set of pots and pans and dishes and all that stuff that I don’t care if you use. I rarely cook 😭. But every now again I try 🤣. Yes all in this little amount of space 😊. This will be a shared living space. Bathroom, Kitchen, and Living Room are all shared spaces. Lights, Water, Trash, WiFi and Parking are included. Laundry isn’t in the apartment, but is onsite and is included. The apartment is about 3 minutes from Hamilton Place Mall. It’s convenient to everything in the area. My apartment is in a safe neighborhood and is quiet. Location is really a key thing about my apartment as well. It’s super convenient to everything. I have 1 cat. Smokers are ok. Vaping ok. I am LGBTQ friendly as I am MTF trans. Room is furnished however I can remove the furniture and you can bring your own. The room is available for immediate move in. I rarely have anyone over but company is always welcomed. I’m a huge fan of music of all types. I like to watch movies and play games but my gaming system is out of date lmao. So I would like to find a roomie I can click with. I am very respectful of privacy and letting you have your space. Sometimes when I can, I just lay in bed all day and chill 🤣. I’m kind of a homebody. I drink socially. I’m not opposed to having a party or get togethers here or there just not all the time lol. But for the most part I just stay to myself.
