Right by East Kentwood Highschool with the 60th st/Kalamazoo ave businesses a short drive/medium walk away. End of a quiet cul-de-sac with great neighbour’s in the other half of the duplex (family with 2 quiet dogs).

• 1 off street parking spot available and a currently unused garage with plenty of street parking.
• washer dryer hookups (don’t own a set yet)
• all utilities set up and tenant responsibility (~100 a month after being split)
• no smoking of any kind
• up to 2 cats are welcome, no dogs

I’m looking to get a roommate for the duplex I live in. I work full time at 1 job and part time at another job so I’m out of the house a lot. I’m very very tidy but not a germaphobe. Use to have a cat but she passed awhile ago, looking to get another cat eventually unless a roommate brings 1 or 2 with them. Mainly keep to myself at home cooking meals and playing games/watching TV.
