Hey there! Looking for a responsible, friendly, trustworthy roommate to share my fully furnished condo. Sorry the pics are before I moved in but can provide more current furnished pics upon request. Only the room for rent is not furnished. Condo is between Tempe Marketplace and Mesa Riverview so super convenient.

As far as the room, you get your own Master Suite with walk-in closet and private bath/shower plus full use of all common areas. Great kitchen if you like to cook, lot’s of cookware options, huge walk-in pantry, nice sized enclosed back patio, right across from an awesome big community pool and jacuzzi/park.

Indoor clothes washer/dryer, new carpet throughout, large TV in family room with Firestick, high speed wi-fi, and an extra bath for guests too!

BTW - Must be pet friendly as I have a loveable husky mix pup and a super friendly domestic shorthair cat. I know, I’m a guy with a cat but he needed a home sooooooo…..

Other than that, I’m just seeking a solid roommate that is ready to move-in and who is simply just a good person. :) Plus, you do need to have a job or proof of the ability to pay your share of the rent.

I am a working professional, ASU “almost” grad (just a semester short) and licensed realtor who enjoys all sports, fitness, music, concerts, video games, and going out with friends. Not looking for a party type whereas you are having people over a lot, but definitely up for socializing a bit here and there.
