Hi everyone , i’m subletting my room from Feb 15th until June 15th, 1150$ per month including utilities.
The house is ideally located in Linda Vista, 1 min away from 7-11 and 10 min walk to USD. The room has its own bathroom. Relatively large bedroom 14x12 ft.
The amenities: The house has a garage with washer and dryer There’s also gym/lifting equipment in the garage. Front yard is usually where the dog goes to potty The back yard has a pool and spaces for leisure activities. Parking: parking is free and usually theirs is plenty of space. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. So no worries about noise
