Are you in search of a beautiful, fully furnished modern private room? Look no further! We have a cozy room available for rent in the Twinbrook neighborhood. This private room is equipped with high-end finishes, ensuring your comfort and satisfaction.

Inside the room, you’ll find plenty of closet space and a small study area, perfect for work or study. We’ve even included a beautiful boucle reclining chair in the corner, where you can relax, read a book, or enjoy a cup of coffee. Additionally, we’ve added a small private refrigerator solely for your use, so you won’t have to share it with anyone else.

To ensure a smooth rental process, we kindly request interested individuals to fill out a Prequalification Application online. This step will help us understand your needs better. For more information on how to fill out a prequalification application please contact me. After you fill out the pre-qualification form, I will review and determine if you will be a good candidate to move forward and have you fill out a rental application.

Please note that we have a strict guest policy, and no drugs, smoking, children, or pets are allowed. Visitors are also not permitted without prior approval. As part of our application process, we require a background check along with a rental application.

ℹ️ About the Property ℹ️ Our property is conveniently located next to Rock Creek Park and several shopping centers. It’s less than a mile away from the Rockville and Twinbrook metro stations, making commuting a breeze. For added security, we have a 24/7 surveillance system in place. Furthermore, each tenant is assigned a separate pin code for entry, ensuring privacy and peace of mind.

🌟 Amenities 🌟 Situated on the main level of a private single-family home, this room offers a shared bathroom with only one other tenant. You’ll also have access to common areas, including the kitchen, dining area, and laundry facilities.

💡 Utilities 💡 We have you covered when it comes to utilities! The rent includes all essential services such as electricity, gas, AC, water, internet, waste management, and laundry facilities. Speaking of laundry, you’ll be assigned one day a week for washing your clothes. To avoid any conflicts with the other tenant, please schedule your laundry day with the owner.

❌ Not Included with the Rent ❌ Please note that pets, drugs of any kind (even if prescribed), overnight guests (Unless approved by landlord), and parties are not allowed. However, you are welcome to have small get-togethers with friends in the backyard, as long as you obtain permission from the landlord in advance. Onsite parking is included with the rent. You will get one parking space.
