Im looking for a roommate to take over one-bedroom in my 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at the Courts at Spring Mill for when my current roommate moves out. I’m 24 yrs old and go into the office most days for work and am otherwise in and out pretty often. Room available has an attached private bath and a walk in closet. You would only need to furnish your space. Shared spaces include an open kitchen and living room. I do have a cat who doesn’t get along with other animals, so unfortunately no pets! Parking would be $50 a month in the overflow garage, but there is free parking available just with very limited spots. Your share of rent would be $1207 + about $100 in utilities. Move in: March 1st

24 year old, I do have a cat, pretty quiet and I keep to myself! I work in the office Monday-Friday, but am in and out of the house.
