Carolina's room

We’re a married young couple renting a private bedroom with private bathroom to a female, all utilities and amenities in the house are included, we’d share the kitchen pantry and laundry. The room can be rented furnished or not. The community has 2 club houses with access to gyms, pools, office, a boat ramp, and it’s conveniently located in a prestigious community near Disney and Winter Garden/ Windermere.

We’re looking for a female roommate without kids or pets, organized and neat with a stable job.
