It’s a good location and can get to a grocery store in only 4 minutes. It will be your own room and you can put a lock on the door. I’m an animal lover, but unfortunately no pets allowed. My biggest concern about a roommate is theft. I’m easy going and not petty at all. If you drink some of my lemonade or cook some of my rice I don’t care. But on the other hand you take my watch to the pawn store then that’s the kind of thing that worries me, and will take action. I have a job with a fair amount of overtime, and usually spend one day per week shopping and doing errands, so you will have plenty of time with the place to yourself. I’m easy going and respectful.
