-Room: 14 x 9.5ft, closet, window, carpeted, bed w/ good mattress, dresser, small bookcase. (Furniture optional) -Bills: Electricity + Internet, varies between $100-200 a month -Available starting early February, 3-4 week onboarding process through landlord.

Room available in 2BR/1BTH apartment in Homestead neighborhood of South Portland. Close to both MAX and bus transit, within 10 min walk. Neighborhood is quaint and secluded, yet well connected and close to downtown (~35 min walk).

Apartment includes functional fireplace, outdoor balcony, off-street parking spot, and on site laundry (downstairs). Kitchen includes oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster. Living room has TV and seating. On 3rd floor, up two staircases, must be okay with stairs. Apartment fully furnished, not alot of extra room for more furniture.

Hi, I’m Chris. I have a background in architecture, and I love nature, outdoors stuff, art, movies, 80s music, and plants. I have two jobs at the moment: a remote design job I do at home, and bartending most evenings. I’m a night owl and sleep in late because I bartend, so please be okay with this or on similar schedule (10am - 2am). I like to have friends over occasionally in the evenings, but not constant partying. I’m big into plants, so I have quite a few indoors and out, sun deck is lively spring-summer.
