Lyric's room

Our place is by town center. The room is spacious. There are 2 cats. We’re renting out the room til May. Full access to the living room and kitchen. We have a balcony. You will have your own bathroom but keep in mind the washer and dryer is located in there. When we find a good roommate, everything will be removed from the room before hand.

I work from home. I have a a roommate who is usually out for work. We’re pretty chill. We just want someone who is mature, clean and financially responsible. We’re not opposed to becoming friends or hanging out but all the things listed above are more important.
