Jim's room

I am renting one of the spare rooms in my house in Rathdrum. This is a 3 bed/2 bath, 1400 sq ft home. The room can be furnished with a bed, bedside table, and armoire if needed. Private bathroom. Shared kitchen, living room dining area, laundry. All utilities and wifi included.

My girlfriend and I share this house with our 3 dogs (one is shy at first, but all are very friendly when they get to know you after a couple hours). We are in our late 20s and both work full-time. Otherwise we are pretty low key. We don’t throw big parties and rarely drink, although we do have friends over for get togethers every once in a while.
