About the room
I am renting one of the spare rooms in my house in Rathdrum. This is a 3 bed/2 bath, 1400 sq ft home. The room is furnished with a bed, armoire, desk, chair, and bedside table. (Available room is very similar but slightly different than that shown in photos). Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry. All utilities and wifi included.
About the roomies
Iām a male in my 30s and work full time. The other current renter is a male in his 30s who works full time. I have 2 medium sized dogs who are very friendly. Prefer someone clean, easy going, and low maintenance. No parties, drugs, smoking. Minimal drinking.
