We are looking for a very responsible, considerate female roommate, not a smoker, heavy drinker, or partying type, to live in the home of our elderly mother, who has recently lost her husband. It is a lovely home designed by an apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright, and you would have the lower level master bedroom, bath and small kitchenette to yourself, plus access to the washer-dryer and upstairs kitchen. The rent would be nominal ($50/mo) in exchange for being there overnight on weeknights, approximately 8pm-8am (but workable around your schedule, holidays, etc.) Our mom lives upstairs and has a caregiver all day and both day and night on weekends.
