Hi, I’m looking for someone to rent a room (accomodation for one person) for a few months (February to end of june). There’s currently another female tenant in the house. She works from home recording podcasts but nothing noisy. She is very quiet and stays to herself. The rent includes all the bills (water, electricity, trash, internet). Laundry machines are available and included. A background check will be required.
