This is a 2.5 bed and 2 bath apartment located at Ashland and Fullerton. The current lease ends in the first week of July. Available for the entire lease takeover or can accommodate one roommate for half the rent till the lease ends. Mentioned rent is the half price and includes a utility package which includes everything but electricity (Internet included as well). Full takeover rent is $2815. If you are looking to share instead of taking over the lease, you will get the second bedroom. Master bedroom will be occupied by me. In unit washer and dryer. The room has bed and mattress along with a table in it and can be utilized. If you want to bring your own furniture, that would be fine too. I can empty the bedroom. The new roomie and use the 0.5 bedroom closet space as well. You will have your own bathroom (not attached though). The photos show the room that is available to rent along with the bathroom, the 0.5 bedroom and the common area. There is a $250 fee from the property management but I can bear that cost.
Iām the only other person who will be living here. I have a steady corporate job working as a Project Manager and Iām pursuing my part time MBA. These things would keep me busy pretty much the entire week. During my free time, I like to chill watching movies or read.
