Looking for a ✨COVID conscious✨ roommate! If you still take COVID precautions, this is the place for you! The apartment is a wonderful place to live, with a relatively big kitchen and living room for the price. It’s a five minute walk to UW campus and eight minutes to the nearest lightrail station. Ideally, the new person would move in around April 1st but I can be very flexible for the right person!
About the roomies
The roommate is super chill and studies all the time (she’s an engineering student at UW). She has a bunny ESA. They are communicative and accommodating. Their main priority is living with someone who takes COVID precautions such as masking and testing regularly.
